Contributed to the McKinsey Digital Assistant team project for approximately 2,500 assistants by gathering topics and questions. Led the Knowledge stream for a meeting of around 300 assistants.
Lite e-Commerce · Żabka / Żappka · Dietly
Lite e-Commerce. Supported eight executives before moving into business development and project work. Co-created onboarding and offboarding with HR as the company grew from around 20 to 200 people. Worked on delio overnight deliveries, Żabka Jush! hot meals, the first courier merchandise, a photo shoot and the first OOH campaign.
Żabka / Żappka. Coordinated initiatives related to the Żappka app, used by 10M+ people, including integration of group companies. Worked on continued Spotify collaboration and initial cooperation with FREE NOW.
Dietly. Built and coordinated B2B daily delivery operations, led two specialists, developed logistics and technology partnerships, and worked on pilots, KPI monitoring and cost reporting.
Supported five Partners with calendar management, CRM-related work, internal operations and team coordination. Acted as a first point of contact for new joiners and remotely organised an on-site event for around 70 people.
